Post 1: Recovery Coordinator: Full time 37.5 hours. Fixed term in the first instance until 1st April 2020

Post 2: Recovery Coordinator: Part Time 18.75 hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new Recovery Service working across West Lothian.

Change Grow Live provides a fully integrated recovery service across community based services and aims to provide high quality recovery asset based resource. Visible recovery is a key driver for the West Lothian service and this role underpins this ethos.

The successful candidates will have an excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field. Also necessary is a commitment to multi-agency working, excellent communication skills and experience of working within an outcomes-focused approach. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the difficulties and challenges faced by those in recovery. A supportive proactive approach to recovery along with the delivery of a person centered goal orientated recovery plan experience is expected.

We also expect an assertive approach to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, young people and adults, and applicants to these posts will need to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to best safeguarding practice.
