Role

STAMP - Stamp out Media Patriarchy: The post is funded by Young Start, The National Lottery Community Fund to 31st October 2020 to support the STAMP Focus Group (young people aged 16-24 yrs) to challenge gender stereotypes and sexualisation in the media through campaigning and raising awareness.

The STAMP Co-ordinator will support the young people of the focus group to challenge gender stereotypes, sexualisation in the media and help them to campaign and deliver workshops to young people and those who work with young people. The Co-ordinator will work in partnership with the Sexual Violence Prevention Worker.

This post is open to female applicants only as this is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010. We welcome applications from women with disabilities, LGB, BME and trans women of all ages.

The post is funded by Young Start, The National Lottery Community Fund to 31st October 2020.
