Role

Reporting to the Head of Outcomes, this is a key role within Celtic FC Foundation based at Celtic Park, Glasgow. You will be an integral part of our team working closely with colleagues and participants whilst maintaining the upmost integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Key accountabilities:

·Project Implementation and Coordination

·To manage a caseload of live projects

·People Management - including Delivery and Coaching Staff

·Project Delivery

·Risk Assessments

·Project Quality Assurance

·Management of the Safeguarding and PVG processes

·Management of Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects, including statistical analysis, report writing and management of audit requirements

·To manage the recruitment of sessional staff, delivery staff and volunteers

·Training, Coach In-service and personal development of direct reports and sessional staff

·Low value Income Generation

·Relationship Management and Partner Liaison

·Budget Management

·Management of kit and equipment

Skills and Experience required:

The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience working within a Project Management or comparable environment along with relevant employability experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual, who can demonstrate flexibility and commitment to this role. First class people management, employability, organisation and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering quality projects that support us to achieve our key values is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are also a requirement.

The post holder will be able to demonstrate a strong successful track record of people and project management and have an enthusiasm for working with people from a variety of backgrounds, in particular moving those most disadvantaged in society into positive destinations, including, training and employment. Strong Employability, IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is a full UK driving licence and the ability to work evenings and weekends as required. Experience of working in a football or sports environment is desirable.
