We are looking for a new leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership for Children 1st.
We are seeking a leader who is passionate about doing the right thing for children with an in-depth understanding and experience of operational management of services in the field of child wellbeing and child protection. You will be driven by a strong value base that puts children at the centre and have personal resilience for the challenges ahead. With a proven track record as a leader you will bring, service development experience and an ability to operate at a strategic level while ensuring quality service delivery at an operational level.
The post holder will drive the development and reach of our trauma sensitive supports for children, young people and families in the Moray area. Building on our existing presence in this local authority and seeking new partnerships, the post holder will ensure that Children 1st play a key strategic role in the planning and design of service delivery ensuring a high quality and creative range of supports to achieve real change for children. The successful candidate will work alongside our senior leaders to identify new opportunities, partnerships and innovations in line with key strategic priorities and to make a lasting difference for the children and families we support.
