West Lothian Women’s Aid (WLWA) is the sole charitable organisation in West Lothian working to provide information, support and accommodation to Women experiencing domestic abuse in the area. WLWA has been working to stop domestic abuse against women and children since 1980.
The Deputy Manager offers essential support to the team by taking responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and management of current services. These include a network of safe accommodation and the provision of a variety of additional information and support services.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a related field and will have completed or be willing to complete SVQ 4 Health and Social Services having already obtained a minimum of SVQ 3 Health and Social Services or equivalent.
