With a sound understanding of social care and a commitment to Self-directed support you will play a pivotal role in contributing to and supporting quality and workforce initiatives which promote continual improvement and meet regulatory requirements. You will assist in the collection, analysis and reporting of information relating to Health and Social Care Standards and contribute to the achievement of our workforce qualifications strategy.
Highly organised and able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, you will relish balancing the need for the ongoing maintenance of systems and processes, while working to time limited activities as and when they arise. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to support managers at both an operational and strategic level.
