The post holder will provide leadership and direct line management of Who Cares? Scotland Advocacy and Participation Workers (APWs) within the South East regional team. The South East regional team comprises of our services and staff within Edinburgh and the Lothians, Scottish Borders and Fife. The post holder will develop and lead on all advocacy and participation activity within the region and will contribute to the achievement of Who Cares? Scotland’s strategic and operational plans.
The right candidate will have a relevant degree or professional qualification and significant experience of motivating and leading a staff team. In addition you will have significant demonstrable experience of operational planning, service development and managing budgets and delivering high quality services. A current full driving licence is also essential.
