Role

Exciting times! get2gether has been operational for just over seven years and we believe we’ve achieved a lot – we organise social opportunities for adults with disabilities in Edinburgh, our membership is growing and we’ve been doing innovative research into self determination thanks to continuing funding from the National Lottery and Scottish Government.

Get2gether has developed a course based on Lifestyle Management and we now want to run this course in other organisations to evaluate its effect on adults with disabilities.

As the Project and Development Officer, you will be working with the existing course and coaching peer mentors

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent research, planning, networking and communication skills as well as practical experience in group work with adults with disabilities.
