We have an exciting opening for an experienced Operations and Database Officer who can work independently to support the creation and implementation of fundraising operations, to help maximise fundraising and membership income and improve efficiency across all income streams and provide assistance to the wider Development team.
You will manage all team database processes and systems to ensure they run smoothly as well as developing current systems to improve the efficiency of data entry. You will be responsible for inputting and updating all supporter information and associated donations onto the CRM system ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all records and provide monthly reports. Working with the Data Protection Officer you will also be responsible for the team’s regulatory compliance.
Candidates will need to have previous operations and database experience to support fundraising activities and have a good knowledge of UK charitable giving as well as fundraising codes of practice. You will need to be highly organised and have a good attention to detail. Candidates will also require good communication skills with the ability to summarise complex information with clarity, brevity and speed.
