The Fundraising & Engagement Leader will report to the Head of Fundraising & Engagement, collaboratively leading the team’s delivery of our strategic objectives.

Committed to Ending Abuse (CEA), formerly Falkirk & District Women’s Aid, is seeking to recruit a full-time Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate (IDAA). CEA Ltd operates an integrated three-stage trauma recovery model and whilst all staff are expected to work across these areas, the particular focus of this post is Stage One Crisis Recovery. The purpose of which is to keep women, men, and their children safe, free from further serious harm/homicide and to enable recovery from Trauma.
The purpose of this post is to provide an independent advocacy service to women, men who have experienced domestic abuse and are assessed to be at very high risk and possibly at risk of repeat victimisation and have therefore been referred to the MARAC (Multi-agency Risk Assessment Conference).
The post holder will work directly with clients, in conjunction with MARAC colleagues, on a short to medium term basis. They will also formally advocate for individuals within professional advocacy settings providing a true reflection of the views and wishes of the clients they represent to ensure a coordinated community response.
The postholder will also carry a caseload of those clients who are at high risk but not currently within the formal MARAC process.
Key to the role will be supporting women, men in their initial crisis for an intensive time limited period and providing safety planning, practical, emotional, and signposting support.

The Highland Community Justice Partnership (CJP) was established in 2016 in response to the new Community Justice Scotland Act (2016). The role of the Partnership is simply to work better together in partnership to help prevent offending and reduce reoffending.
About this Role
The model for community justice in Scotland places local strategic planning and delivery of community justice services through Community Planning Partnerships. The purpose of this post is to support the delivery of the local Highland Community Justice Outcome Improvement Plan, the operation and reporting of the Community Justice Partnership.
Responsibilities:
CJP Support
• Support the CJP to build relationships and cooperation, supporting the development and delivery of the Community Justice Outcome Improvement Plan
• To support information sharing and transparency across the governance pathway through the CJP, Highland CPP and elsewhere as agreed.
Community Justice Development
• Support the CJP to leverage in resourcing to deliver change and actions within the Plan that develops approaches to community justice in Highland
• Actively involve the Third Sector, communities, service users, families and victims of offending in the planning and delivery of the work of the CJP and individual partners.
Reporting
• Preparing and submitting reports and other information , with support from the CJP, to Scottish ministers and CJS
• Prepare and submit the annual report, based on the information submitted by the CJP organisations, both to the Scottish Ministers/CJS and a second public facing report to demonstrate progression and performance of the CJP

Shine is a Public Social Partnership (PSP), led by Sacro as the Lead Partner, providing a mentoring service to women with experience of the justice system across Scotland. The Shine PSP is made up of third sector delivery partners, funding and commissioning partners and works closely with wider community agencies.
We are recruiting for an individual who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to a range of partners including Shine Mentors, the National Partnership Manager and external stakeholders. The role includes management and maintenance of data records, extensive use of the case management system and provision of secretariat support. In addition to administrative duties, the role includes opportunities to support wider projects across the Shine PSP.
The successful applicant must be well organised and be an effective communicator within a very busy office environment, have proven literacy and digital skills and be flexible to meet the challenging and changing needs of the service. Being educated to at least SVQ level 3 or equivalent is desirable, together with relevant experience of administrative work. Applicants must be computer literate with proficient experience of Microsoft tools.
This post is to cover a secondment, working primarily remotely, with some work expected at our central Edinburgh Hub office.
