Carers of West Lothian is looking for a Self-Directed Support Worker to join their team. This is a new post funded by Inspiring Scotland for 3 years. The post holder will; identify and support carers and people with a learning and/ or physical disability to understand Self-Directed Support (SDS) and social care support; provide information, advice and support to those considering or in receipt of SDS and provide individual and group support.
RASASH is looking for two Outreach Support Workers to join our team (28 hour posts).

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in increasing access to support for survivors living in remote and rural areas.
You will travel across the Highland Council region to provide in-person therapeutic support to survivors as well as help deliver RASASH’s group-based activities.
Travel and subsistence expenses are reimbursed by RASASH in line with HMRC mileage rates.

The Role
This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Engender’s operations and administrative systems.
The role involves working closely with colleagues across the Engender team and the Board, leading on office administration tasks including organising meetings, diary management, facilities co-ordination and other administration tasks as required.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator, who can provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative and support function to the organisation. We are looking for someone with experience of providing administrative support, a good knowledge of general office procedures and excellent IT and literacy skills. They will also need good interpersonal skills as team working is essential in this role.
Required Skills and Experience
This is a full-time position of 35 hours per week (Engender is currently trialling a 4-day working week. During the trial working hours will be reduced to 30 per week with no impact on salary. The outcome of the trial will determine whether Engender adopts this approach in the longer term.)

We are looking for someone to join our finance department working 37.5 hours per week. Most of our head office staff are currently working from home. There will be desk space available in our Stirling office however individuals are able to work a mix of home and office work.
Using your knowledge of financial systems and proficient IT skills you will support a portfolio of services and act as their main contact within the finance department. You will raise, send and organise the payment of invoices, reconcile company accounts and chase late payments.
