An opportunity has become available within the Women’s Support Team at CASWA. We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team.
Key responsibilities will include working directly with women who have experienced domestic abuse, providing person-centred support in line with their individual needs. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and flexible and have proven experience of supporting adults in a similar environment.
The post requires applicants to be SVQ qualified in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or be willing to work towards this qualification) and be a member of The Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme.
Applicants should have an understanding of the effects and issues surrounding domestic abuse and violence against women. In addition, applicants should demonstrate a willingness to participate in awareness raising of the service and domestic abuse.

The successful candidate will be required to support women throughout Caithness and Sutherland and will be office based in one of our offices, with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week, as agreed with Line Manager.

What we are looking for....
We are looking for someone to join our finance department working 37.5 hours per week. Most of our head office staff are currently working from home. There will be desk space available in our Stirling office however individuals are able to work a mix of home and office work.
Using your knowledge of financial systems and proficient IT skills you will support a portfolio of services and act as their main contact within the finance department. You will raise, send and organise the payment of invoices, reconcile company accounts and chase late payments.
You will ideally have a relevant professional qualification or significant equivalent experience.
