Supporting someone with a learning disability isn’t just personal care; it’s so much more. A Team Coordinator will set objectives, manage a team and provide hands on support. They need to be an example of best practice as well as assist in creating rotas and developing effective support plans.

You’ll need to have great communication skills and be highly organised. A good level of English and Math is required and we would like you to have managed a team before.

Experience in the care industry is a strong advantage as well as knowledge of Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
