Where we offer oppertunities to learn new skills in horticulture, woodwork, landscaping projects and a variety of crafts.

We are now seeking a facilitator to join our team. The tasks are very varied, and for the first year the postholder will have a split focus between outreach and supporting the garden centre.

Having the right mind-set, attitude and approach is as important to us as having the right experience and qualifications.

  • have practical skills and knowledge in garden maintenance and an interest in plant care;
  • have the resilience to respond to ever changing personal needs and business priorities;
  • and want to contribute to providing a non-judgemental safe space for people with chronic mental health conditions,

then you may be the ideal candidate.

We welcome everyone interested to arrange an informal visit before the closing date, where we can explain the service and answer any questions you may have.
