Community Renewal is a social enterprise and registered charity that works to build community, improve quality of life and alleviate poverty by engaging individuals and families and supporting them to achieve sustainable employment, improved health and to become more involved in their community. Since 2003 we have worked in 12 neighbourhoods in Scotland, conducted over 30,000 listening conversations, supported almost 4,000 people into work and 3,500 to take up health improvement services. Around sixty new groups and community organisations have been established and of the 12 neighbourhoods that we have worked in, 4 have datazones that have come out of the 15% most deprived. The current income of the organisation is just over £1m per annum.

The role of Project Administrator is to support the Local Conversations Project Lead with general administration and day to day office operations.

Through administration support, you will ensure we operate and deliver on priorities as well as pursuing the broader company strategy of embedding existing projects within their respective neighbourhoods and supporting in the development of new initiatives.
