Are you a Finance Manager with proven ability and success in a multi-faceted environment? Do you love the culture and heritage sector and the idea of working in a unique, exciting, fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation?

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to play a leading role in the development and delivery of our organisation as we expand with the opening of a brand-new Museum in the city of Perth in Spring 2024.

From procurement to external financial reporting, as our Head of Finance and Resources you will lead from the front, building and engaging with your team, contributing to the Executive Management Team and supporting the Board of Trustees. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and a willingness to be flexible and adaptive to support a broad range of workstreams and projects.

You will be a skilled communicator and qualified accountant (ACCA, ACMA or ACA or equivalent) with experience of the charitable sector and excellent technical accounting skills to support all aspects of the service. It is desirable that you also have some experience of public sector finance.

Donor Relationships Officer

Culture Perth and Kinross is a vibrant cultural trust providing Library, Archive and Museum services across Perth and Kinross. We are currently working with our partner Perth and Kinross Council to deliver an ambitious and transformative new visitor attraction for the city of Perth which will house the Stone of Destiny and showcase the significant stories and public collections from the region.

We are seeking to appoint a skilled communicator with a track record of managing and building excellent customer and donor relationships to help us achieve our fundraising targets.

You will be passionate about the arts, culture and heritage sector and able to inspire passion and advocacy in others. You’ll also be engaging, confident, able to present well in-person and online, have exemplary administrative skills and be willing to always go the extra mile for our customers and supporters. Experience of working with CRM systems or in a cultural fundraising context is desirable but not essential.

Seeking to attract more than 160,000 visitors a year, this new museum in the centre of the city of Perth will transform the local cultural offer and become a must-see destination for local visitors and tourists alike.

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to play a leading role in the development and delivery of the visitor experience.

As General Manager you will lead from the front, building and engaging with your team, visitors and tourists, ensuring exceptional customer service and the delivery of a truly unique experience for everyone. You will do everything you can to make people want to come back again and again! You will be based in a beautiful part of the country with stunning surroundings and some of the most important aspects of Scottish history in your sight. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced General Manager to play a key role in the development of a brand-new visitor attraction.

The ideal General Manager will have managed a high footfall venue with multiple offerings, including Food & Beverage, Retail and Events. You will need a commercial and creative mind with the ability to analyse the business and implement new ideas to ensure successful delivery of identified outcomes.

Delivery of key targets is of vital importance; therefore you must also be analytical and detailed in your approach, but also be able to adapt your way of working to be the best, most efficient and dynamic manager you can be.

Events Coordinator

Culture Perth and Kinross is seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to establish an inclusive, diverse and sustainable commercial events programme within the new Perth Museum which will open in Spring 2024 and across the organisation, driving both footfall and income to our venues.

This exciting new role will lead the development of our venue hire activity and events programme including corporate events and wedding packages. The successful candidate will be customer and solution focused, going the extra mile to offer exceptional service to all and will have a track record of delivery in the arts, heritage or culture sector. They will have proven leadership skills, be an excellent communicator and excel at using data and evidence to drive delivery.
