Beatson Cancer Charity’s Bereavement Service support people who are bereaved by cancer, to manage the psychological and emotional impact of living with their grief. Our team of psychologists and facilitators, work alongside the client to help them improve their understanding of the impact their grief has on their daily lives. The service helps people to reconnect with what is important to them and provides an opportunity to live in line with their values, alongside their grief. Role Purpose
The Group Support Facilitator is a post funded by the NHS GGC Endowments Fund. Role Purpose

The Clinical Psychologist will work alongside the SHAWS Practitioner Team to provide 1-2-1 specialist psychological support to clients where clinically appropriate, to devise and deliver psychologically themed group workshops to patients, family members and employers and to input to client case management through support and advice to the practitioner team.
The post holder will also support the delivery of the Living with Uncertainty/Fear of Recurrence Project through the delivery of an ACT based group intervention.
