Engage a diverse range of young people and their families in decision making of our organisation to enhance their life chances.

We Play Together is a charity that operates The Crags Centre and Blaze Basketball Club. We deliver basketball activities that help people feel safe, have fun, make friends and make decisions. Our facilities offer a place for local people and community groups to feel at home. Our name, We Play Together, signifies a diverse community working together using the power of play and sport.

We want young people to actively participate in the decision making of our organisation, so they have a sense of belonging in their community and are confident in their ability to determine their own life chances. Thanks to the support of Young Start and Ballie Gifford we're looking for a new staff member to lead a significant change in how we engage and support young people.
