Service Manager Full time post (35 hours)

Our Service: Argyll & Bute Women’s Aid is a specialist provider of support for women, children & young people who have experienced domestic abuse. Our service is free, confidential and independent, and we are affiliated to Scottish Women’s Aid.

Role Due to a retirement and service development we are looking to recruit a new management team for Argyll Bute Women’s Aid. (ABWA)

The successful Service Manager candidate will be an experienced manager with a proven track record in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Manager will have excellent organisational and leadership skills. They will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively. They will have experience of developing and delivering to strategic and project plans, applying for funding and budget management.

Successful candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of women, children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse. Applicants should be qualified appropriately in order to register at the appropriate level for a Housing Support Service with SSSC or be committed to achieving this qualification. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, solution focused individual with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
