To provide housing & support services to Women who have been subjected to domestic abuse. The post holder will work directly with women offering crisis intervention, information, support, and advocacy services.

We are looking for a skilled Finance & Administration Manager to support our Board, Staff and volunteers by collating and administering data so that the finance and administrative needs of the service are met.
· Do you have proven track record of carrying out high quality admin/finance work?
· Do you have experience of financial reporting at a senior level?
· Do you have experience of using Xero finance?
· Do you have good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines?
· Do you have energy and commitment?
· Are you up for the challenge of working in a busy office to help us support vulnerable women and families?
· Are you good at managing competing demands and remaining calm and solution focused?

Our posts are open to women only applicants as we are a woman only service, covered by the occupational requirement exemption under the Equality Act 2010.
The Director will lead the Charity and continue to build and future proof the Organisation. The Director will also create and embrace the vision providing focused strategic leadership, enabling the Charity to achieve challenging income generation targets and maintain the high level of service delivery to survivors of Domestic Abuse.
The Director will raise the profile of the Charity with all supporters and stakeholders. The Organisation’s values and culture will be key to how the Director will lead and empower staff and volunteers to continue to provide a service that is truly User led. The Director will be accountable to the Board for ensuring the Charity operates legally and safely.
