About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated professional to join us as a Housing Management Team Leader. Based at our office in Glenrothes you will coordinate the services for the Housing Management Team and contribute to delivering continuous improvement in customer services.
About You
You will have strong, proven, previous experience of working as a leader in a housing, tenancy or similar organisation with a good knowledge of the welfare reform legislation and the social housing sector.
We are looking for a highly motivated, driven and customer focused person with a passion to ensure the best outcome for our customers. You will be a confident communicator with experience of leading and developing a team.
You will be educated to CIH Level 5 or have substantive relevant experience, good standards of accuracy and attention to detail, providing clear and concise evidence based reports on complex matters.
You will have a driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.

About the Job
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated professional to join us as a Tenancy Sustainment Worker in our Housing Team. Hybrid working from a staff base in Glenrothes, you will be responsible for the provision of information, advice and short term support to help customers of Kingdom Housing Association.
About You
You will have a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar housing support role, with experience with working with complex cases including people who present challenging behaviour. The post holder will require a full driving licence and use of a car for work and a Disclosure Check prior to being made an offer of employment.

Hybrid working from a staff base in Glenrothes, you will be responsible for the provision of information, advice, support and assistance to tenants to ensure that their income is maximised, fuel costs are minimised and tenancies sustained.
About You
You will be educated to City and Guilds Level 3 in Energy Awareness and have knowledge of the current benefit system and utility services. The post holder will require a full driving licence and use of a car for work and a Disclosure Check prior to being made an offer of employment.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Officer to deliver and manage our affordable housing programme, taking forward identified projects from feasibility through to site start ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and grant conditions.
You will be part of a team delivering new and innovative solutions to continuously improve our service and customer focus.
About You
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience in the delivery of new build affordable housing supply and contract negotiation.
You must have excellent organisational and problem solving skills. You will have strong interpersonal skills and experience of engaging and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
You will have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills, and be comfortable working independently in an evolving and fast paced environment.
You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will be eligible to use our car loan scheme.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
