We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to be part of the Lothlorien Therapeutic Community team. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills including the ability to use IT systems and databases. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to work under pressure to deadlines and be able to work flexibly, contributing to the ongoing improvement and development of Lothlorien.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running the main office. This involves the ongoing management/development of administrative systems and processes and using a range of IT packages. Additionally, the postholder will need to be able to undertake some financial and HR related admin tasks as well as provide support to the management team.
Lothlorien community provides the opportunity for people with mental health problems to develop their potential through living alongside people in an atmosphere of friendship, acceptance and mutual support. Previous experience of working in a mental health setting would be desirable but not essential.
