We are a long established local charity, whose aim is to empower visually impaired people to have the fullest, and most fulfilling, roles in life that they can. We provide statutory social work and rehabilitation services on behalf of Perth & Kinross Council alongside a range of charitable functions to enhance our clients’ lives and independence.
We are a small, long-established charity providing support and services to people in Perth & Kinross who have sensory impairment to enable them to live as independently as possible.
We work with statutory and other third sector organisations, providing assessment, rehabilitation and a broad range of volunteer-based services. In the past few years we have achieved transformational change through organisational and service developments. Following a recent strategic review, we have adopted a strategy of continued incremental growth.
Our current CEO will be retiring in a few months and we need someone to lead the next stage of our journey. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will champion our values, develop external partnerships and focus on achievement. The person appointed will be passionate about service improvement and have past success in business development and securing income from a range of sources.
