Self-Directed Support Development Worker

Clyde Shopmobility is looking to recruit ‘Self-Directed Support Development Workers’ to raise awareness of Self-Directed Support and to support individuals to consider and evaluate available Self-Directed Support Options. This post requires frequent project reporting and evaluations; the project will follow the SDS Implementation Plan 2019-2021.

20 hours per week, flexible working is required (Monday to Saturday varied.) Shifts are scheduled to meet project needs and requirements.

This post is funded until March 2021, with potential for funding to be extended.

The post is subject to PVG Scheme Record/Update, paid for by Clyde Shopmobility.
