Working on a shift basis you will provide a variety of practical and emotional support to people with learning disabilities and those affected by poor mental health in their own home and within the local community.
As a Support Worker you will support people to achieve their ambitions and live an independent life both at home and in the community. You will take an active role in the planning and recording of their care.
This is a fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding role. While previous experience is advantageous it is not essential - we would like to encourage people with the right values and passion to apply and work as part of our team.

As a Service Manager you will combine a thorough knowledge of social care practice with leadership, team management, achieving financial targets and service development.
Our Service Managers are responsible and accountable for maintaining high quality standards across services and the leadership and management of teams to ensure safe and effective provision of support through the promotion of outcomes focused person-centred approaches. Ensuring compliance with relevant, legislation, contracts and service specifications, policies and ensuring practice reflects the requirements of key stakeholder and external partnerships.
