Upmo is looking for a Finance Assistant who has solid experience of administering finance, including using finance systems, preferably xero. Your work will contribute to our organisational vision of supporting people with disabilities to achieve their dreams and aspirations, through workshops and a range of tailored support. We need someone who is as interested in day to day finance work as they are in development opportunities.

We are looking for a full-time Team Leader to join our dynamic team in East Lothian. In this position, you will lead a team of Project Workers as they provide support and opportunity to the adults who attend Upmo in East Lothian.

On a day-to-day basis, Upmo Team Leaders supervise and coordinate activities onsite, provides support to staff, ensure onsite operations are in line with policy and procedure and assist Team Managers with case and site management. We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

This Team Leader position is primarily based in our service in Prestonpans, where we offer workshops and community garden activities to adults with learning disabilities and autism from Prestonpans Community Centre.

No formal qualification is necessary, but experience of working in social care is preferred.
