Crew is a national charity, based in Edinburgh, at the forefront of tackling new and emerging trends in substance use, most recently new psychoactive substances. Crew seeks to reduce harm from drug use and improve public health with the input of people who use our services and working with a wide range of local, national and international partners.
The Management Accountant will be expected to provide a hands-on, professional and high quality finance service to staff, the CEO, the Services and Finance Officer (SFO) and Project Coordinators in Crew and effectively develop and maintain Crew’s finance and business services to meet the organisation’s needs in fulfilling its mission.
Crew’s Counselling Team provide counselling to support people wishing to address their use of psycho-stimulant drugs and other substances.
Purpose of Job
To work within Crew’s Counselling Team providing drug counselling and a range of psychosocial interventions to support people wishing to address their use of psycho-stimulant drugs and other substances. To reduce harm and the incidence of physical and mental health problems associated with the use of psycho-stimulant drugs. Some or all counselling may be by telephone or the NHS Attend Anywhere secure platform.
