Mentor Coordinator

We are excited to offer the post of Mentor Coordinator. The post holder will work across YMCA Edinburgh Mentoring services in Edinburgh and Midlothian, working in partnership with Penicuik YMCA YWCA. The role will focus upon the coordination of a new Plusone Mentoring programme in Midlothian, alongside supporting continued delivery of existing mentoring provision in Edinburgh. This post is part of the national Plusone programme model and involves working with YMCA Edinburgh’s Mentoring team and wider YMCA Scotland Plusone delivery agencies.

We require a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with experience in working with vulnerable young people and an ability to build supportive relationships with adult volunteers. The role provides the opportunity to make a significant, positive impact to the lives of both young people and adult volunteers.

We are excited to offer the post of Mentor Coordinator. The post holder will work across YMCA Edinburgh Mentoring services in Edinburgh and Midlothian, in partnership with Penicuik YMCA YWCA. The role will focus upon the setup and delivery of a new Plusone Mentoring programme in Midlothian. This post is part of the national Plusone programme model and involves working with YMCA Edinburgh’s Mentoring team and wider YMCA Scotland Plusone delivery agencies. In addition the post holder will also work with an existing mentor coordinator to support ongoing delivery of intandem Mentoring across Edinburgh.
