We are seeking a Service Manager who will take responsibility for the management and co-ordination of our busy independent advocacy service which covers the whole of Dumfries and Galloway. Independent Advocacy is about helping to support people to express their thoughts and wishes and ensure that their views are expressed clearly. We support clients with mental health issues, intellectual disability, physical disability, older adults, families at risk and much more. We carry out this work through paid staff and volunteers and part of this role will be to supervise, train and support the independent advocates.
