We are currently recruiting for a training manager who will be responsible for delivering and managing training as well as coaching and mentoring our staff to further their skills and learning in the social care sector.
As the Training Manager you will be responsible for all of the organisations training needs which will include:-
Support for Ordinary Living (SOL) are currently recruiting for a Team Leader. The role holder will assist each person we support to identify their goals and work with them to achieve positive outcomes in their lives. The Team Leader will also work with various support teams to ensure we have a well-trained and motivated workforce and ensure their support teams are fully compliant with SOL's regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will also conduct out of hours on call duties on a rotational basis for your allocated area.
