North West Aberdeenshire Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) was formed in 2010 although we have existed as an advising agency since 1990, to provide a holistic advice service to the residents of Banff and Buchan, Formartine and Garioch. As a member of the Scottish Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux network, North West Aberdeenshire CAB aims to provide free, independent, impartial and confidential advice and information to ensure that people understand their rights and responsibilities, and can express their needs effectively. We campaign and influence to tackle the root cause of the problems people face and work to strengthen their rights.

NWA CAB has offices in Turriff and Macduff and is supported by over 8 members of staff and 13 Volunteers including board members.
