Youth Trainer

We are currently recruiting for a youth trainer to deliver a combination of programmes which focus on personal development both face to face and online.

RUTS use a variety of innovative programmes themed around motorbikes, bicycles and boxing to engage with and inspire young people to recognise and reach their full potential.

If you have a “can do” attitude and are passionate about supporting young people, then we want to hear from you.

You must be punctual and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate must have good communication and IT skills.

Roles and responsibilities to be discussed upon interview. You will be required to join the PVG scheme.

Workshop Supervisor

A new post has been created to maintain our fleet of off-road motorcycles and mountain bikes.

If you’re passionate about motorcycles, turn it into a career at RUTS. Just imagine spending every day with people who share your passion for bikes.

The job will involve training young people aged 15 – 25 and our staff team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working on and servicing motorcycles.

Experience with any makes and models of bikes will be considered but you must have a Full UK Driving Licence and competent in off-road riding.

You must be punctual and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate must have good communication and IT skills.

Working at our well-equipped Training Centre based in Newtongrange,
