Team Leader (Short Breaks)

This is an exciting new post, supporting the Team Manager to provide leadership and support to a multi-disciplinary team of staff and volunteers working with carers of all ages to effect change. As part of the Carer Support Team but working across the Centre and the wider Carers Partnership you will create, develop and support partnerships in localities – supporting carers to progress and effect change through participation and engagement, learning and development and volunteering opportunities.

Funding: This is a permanent post with funding secured to March 2023 through the Carers Partnership, with a commitment from the organisation to secure funding beyond this.

This will include supporting individuals and groups to work in partnership with key agencies in Dundee such as third sector, schools, community groups and statutory partners to improve outcomes for carers and their families.

Funding: This post has fixed term funding to the end of March 2023 with a commitment from the organisation to seek future funding beyond this point if successfully evaluated.
