Your key responsibilities will be to support the HR team with project work and HR administration so that we can deliver a first-class service to our employees. Following the departure of the current post holder, Inclusion Scotland is now looking to appoint an individual who will be able to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the People-led Social Care Support project. The successful candidate will support and run the People-led Policy Panel with a current focus on reform of adult social care support following the COVID-19 pandemic. This critically important role would suit someone with a background in Policy development and/ or analysis with Community development or capacity-building experience.

Our focus has moved from consultation work to participation work; not representing the views of children and young people but empowering children and young people to speak out for themselves.
We work within a policy and participation context and cover the Highlands.
This post will be mainly working within the Inspire Highland young people’s project.
Internship Overview
This internship provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate individual to increase the digital/remote participation of children and young people with additional support needs (ASNs) and disabilities living in the Highlands.
This is a unique, developmental role whereby the Digital Participation Worker (Children and Young People) will enable creative, inclusive and fun engagement and participation opportunities for children and young people to empower them to speak up and have their voices heard.

The successful candidate will work with the existing Digital Workplace Team, consisting of 3 members, to deliver cutting-edge business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. During the internship, the candidate will gain valuable, real-world experience of developing apps and creating workflow automations for streamlining business processes. Apps developed range from straightforward, such as Catering Requests and Driving Services, to the complex, such as our New Product Development System and Exceptions (used for production)

Internship overview
To help support the Insight team, providing marketing and commercial teams with actionable findings on a range of insight challenges. These will cover market and category understanding, Brand health, Brand positioning, and marketing effectiveness as well as deepening the understanding of our consumers and the trends that impact them.
As well as specifically supporting the Brand team with growth planning preparation, target audience understanding and competitive learnings. This will be done via a range of our tools and techniques including communications, social listening, digital, market data and insight projects.
