Highland Community Care Forum is the leading voluntary organisation in the Highlands representing the voices of carers. HCCF works at community, regional and national level to make sure that the issues that really matter to carers are heard. We use this information to influence policy direction and practice. HCCF works with partners in the statutory and voluntary sectors to change practices in ways that deliver better outcomes for carers.

Business Development Officer

  • The post holder will normally be office based in Dingwall but due to COVID-19 may be based at home initially.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to join our fun, hardworking and ambitious team.

The successful candidate will contribute directly to the growth of Connecting Carer’s services through the management of proposals, tenders and grant applications, following standard processes for developing business case, contract terms approval and risk assessment.

This will be achieved through creative innovative ideas and leading/project managing the implementation and delivery of strategies in such a way that it allows our operational delivery to grow and be effective.

The Business Development Manager will also deputise for the Connecting Carers Manager in their absence.
