The Supporter Relations Team Manager role is a key position in the Supporter Relations team, responsible for supporting Marie Curie’s ambitious new Fundraising Strategy. The team provides administrative and operational support to Fundraising teams, as well as acting as the primary public touch-point of the charity with the public and our supporters.

As Fundraising Engagement Lead, you will build strong relationships with local Marie Curie staff, across both Caring Services and Fundraising and enable teams to work together more effectively. Externally, you will engage the wider community in Edinburgh and beyond with the work of Marie Curie and show how crucial fundraising is for us to continue serving the community in East Lothian.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of quickly building relationships and credibility. You will be able to spot opportunities and act on them, adapting your approach as appropriate. You will be comfortable working with a high level of autonomy, but within the structures of a shared team strategy.

We are looking to recruit to the role of Hospice Manager at our hospice in Glasgow providing services for patients and families in the Greater Glasgow area This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic person to lead the team at our Glasgow Hospice. With around 300 staff and volunteers the hospice provides care and support for more than 640 inpatients with a further 760 patients cared for within day care facilities and in their own home each year.
As the Hospice manager you will set the tone, developing a climate consistent with the Charity’s values and passion to deliver more care to patients and families. You will be excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of the hospice whilst ensuring sustained progress in the constant drive to improve the experience of patients, carers and families.
You will be a confident communicator and leader, commercially driven and have a wealth of experience within this environment. You will have a thorough understanding of the Third Sector, expertise in strategic planning and financial management to allow more patients and families to benefit from our funding.
Having a talent for networking, developing and maintaining partnerships internally and externally is also essential in delivering organisational strategy and clinical care.
This is an exciting role, requiring a track record of leadership and delivery in a complex multi-disciplinary environment that requires adaptability/flexibility to focus on strategic, operational, commercial and community engagement opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced office manager to take the lead in our Links Place office with responsibility for providing administrative support to staff ensuring an effective workplace environment.
Reporting the Senior Fundraising Operational Support Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Links Place office. Responsible for the day to day running of the office, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming and outgoing mail, processing invoices and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
