Cosgrove Care is a charity that specialises in providing person centred support services for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders living in and around Glasgow. The people we support range in age from 3- 83.

As our ideal candidate, you will have the ability to provide a person centered and creative approach to working with the people we support to enable them to live the lives they want. You should be non-judgmental, possess good communication skills and have the availability to work flexible hours, which could include evenings, sleepovers and weekends.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member or to make an application for the PVG scheme and undertake registration with the SSSC. Salary: £9.50/hour.

The Senior Manager- Finance and Corporate Services is a key role within the organisation and the post holder will be the key contact for senior stakeholders for the Corporate Management Team, Managers Team and the Board of Directors. The post holder will head up the continued transformation and development of the finance function and be part of an exciting programme of modernisation and change. The financial pressures within social care mean that our systems, processes, and approach need to be innovative, forward thinking and efficient.
The post will evolve, develop and expand and this role would suit an ambitious, committed professional keen to be involved in shaping and modernising the organisation for the future.
