Viewpoint provides housing and care services to around 2000 customers in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. We are a registered charity and are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator and Care Inspectorate.
Reporting directly to the Service Support Officer, you will provide an effective, efficient and responsive repairs and maintenance service to the association’s tenants. You will also carry out a wide range of housing maintenance and administrative duties to support to the Assets Team.
You will be responsible for the maintaining and updating of VHA’s systems to accurately record and evidence organisational compliance within regulatory, statutory and VHA’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
You should be MCIPD qualified or above with significant demonstrable HR Experience in a generalist role.
Have a hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic and operational HR activity and display a robust decision-making capability.
A minimum of 4 years recent experience in a busy and varied HR/L&D or similar role working self-sufficiently and with experience of leading and supporting an HR team.

We are looking to hire an experienced/creative IT and Service Delivery Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Business Support and as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team the role will take responsibility for leading and developing the IT/Digital team. You will provide a hands-on approach to the delivery of an efficient and secure ICT function, meeting both the current and future needs of the Association in line with good practice and standards.
Qualifications:
You should be educated to degree level or have proven relevant experience in IT infrastructure roles.
A minimum of 5 years recent experience in a busy and varied ICT or similar role working self-sufficiently and with experience of leading and supporting both internal and external IT team and services.
Be an established manager with experience derived from working in a customer driven business environment. Confident working with contractors and external stakeholders, managing complex projects and working with others across the various professional disciplines of Housing and Care.
This role will suit an experienced ICT operative ready to make the next step to a Management role in am ambitious, fast paced, challenging and rewarding sector.
Have a hands-on approach and take the lead on the development, procurement and management of our ICT Strategy. We are looking to recruit a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic IT professional, with a customer focused attitude coupled with the ability to “get the job done”, adding real value to our IT team. Working within our Business Support IT team you will play a vital ‘first point of contact’ role, shaping the service provided to our internal customers.

The successful candidate will be providing deep analysis of data and ensuring that the senior leadership as well as to our Board, within Viewpoint Housing Association (VHA) and external stakeholders where appropriate, understands and maximises all opportunities available. This will contribute to the review of current services and input to the change of service delivery across the sector.
The post holder requires experience of analysing both qualitative and quantitative data. We expect you to be data curious with the aim of ensuring quality assurance, process documentation and validation of the reporting against the key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the business.
