We’re looking for a motivated, proactive individual to join our team at this crucial time in our 40 year history. We’re moving into an exciting new period and we need an experienced and skilled fundraising and development officer to help us to provide holistic support for children and young people.
You’ll be responsible for achieving set targets year or year. In the first instance we’d like you to build our portfolio of small grants and trusts (under £10,000) in order to contribute to our core costs, and latterly to begin to build connections with communities, high end donors, large trusts and grants through events, fundraising packs and any other activities as developed. It is expected that by year two, you’ll be launching some of these new channels and will be bringing in funding through these new activities.
We offer great terms and conditions, including an 18.2% pension contribution, flexible working, and training and development opportunities.
Our values are to be fun, child and young people led, trustworthy, empowering and nurturing and we work towards living these values in everything we do. If you’d like to join a friendly and buzzing team making real change for children and young people- get in touch!
