Training and Support Manager

  • As the home of the EFQM Excellence Model in Scotland, we promote and support continuous improvement directly to over 200 members annually and also deliver a number of bespoke programmes
  • As a small passionate team we pride ourselves on the excellent level of customer service that we provide and the relationships that we build with our customers.


  • The main element of this role is to support the delivery of Quality Scotland’s products and services. This will involve training, facilitating and developing and delivering bespoke programmes based on customer need to organisations from all sectors.
  • The Training and Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our current and future members.
  • The role involves a high level of customer contact and the Training and Support Manager will be expected to provide support to organisations within all areas of their continuous improvement programme as a holistic business approach. This will cover initial meetings and presentations to facilitations and one to one support and advice on Quality Scotland’s range of products and services including our Global recognition programme.
  • Working with the team of Account Directors to contribute to the membership services offering


  • Relevant experience of delivering training and facilitating workshops to a very high standard
  • Experience of developing new bespoke offerings to meet customer need
  • Knowledge of quality frameworks and tools with a preference for working experience in this area
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects
  • Excellent organisational skills
