We have a vacancy for an adviser within our Help to Claim service. This part time role is offered on a fixed term basis, the salary is £13195 per annum offered on a part-time basis of 17.5hrs. Please find attached a job description with all the details about the role.

The role will operate on a shift pattern, covering Monday to Friday 07.45 – 19:00.

The role will require availability during holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter. The role will be operationally responsible to the Operations Officer at Citizens Advice Scotland, and line managed by the Bureau Manager.

We are open to this role being delivered from home, with the possibility of some days in the office as and when required.
