We are now looking to recruit a new team member for the newly created post of Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Services Officer, the post holder will provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and the Association’s voluntary Board, where required. A key element of this role is to support the Senior Corporate Services Officer to achieve effective governance across the organisation including effectively servicing the Board and Sub-Committees.
The main duties of the post will include ensuring the maintenance of systems, records and registers linked to governance policies and procedures, supporting the development and delivery of the Association’s social media strategy, website content management and generally providing a high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in a customer focused environment and will ideally possess a relevant professional qualification or be working towards achieving this.
