Renfrewshire Carers Centre is a one stop shop for unpaid Carers operating in Renfrewshire for over 25 years. We are a charity established by Carers for Carers and have developed a range of services to support carers in their caring role and provide opportunities to have a life outside of caring.
The Centre is strategically managed by the Board, which is currently made up of people from a range of professional backgrounds and caring responsibilities. We are looking for new members with a diverse range of skills and experience to help shape the future for Carers in Renfrewshire.

Our respite positions will involve hybrid working between client’s houses, the office and home.
The post holder will provide high quality flexible, reliable respite services to Carers which are tailored to meet personal outcomes of Carers and the people they care for.

We are looking to recruit for a new post within the Centre for a Development and Fundraising assistant to develop and sustain services for Carers.

Renfrewshire Carers Centre is a one-stop shop for unpaid Carers operating in Renfrewshire for over 20 years. We are a charity established by Carers for Carers and have developed a range of services to support Carers in their caring role and provide opportunities to have a life outside of caring. We are looking to recruit for a new post within the Centre for an HR Advisor to develop and sustain services for Carers.
Details of the role including main duties and responsibilities:
• To deliver a high quality, comprehensive and effective range of generalist HR services to management
• To assist and support managers through all stages of the absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
• To provide professional advice and support to managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures
• To review and update / develop policies
Successful candidates will have qualification and or experience in the following areas:
• CIPD Qualification
• Sound HR generalist experience, with experience and aptitude for developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of current and forthcoming employment law, case law and best practice.
Renfrewshire Carers Centre is a one-stop shop for unpaid Carers operating in Renfrewshire for over 20 years. We are a charity established by Carers for Carers and have developed a range of services to support Carers in their caring role and provide opportunities to have a life outside of caring. Our Adult Carer Support Team support in excess of 600 new Carers referred to the Carers Centre annually

Renfrewshire Carers Centre is a one-stop shop for unpaid Carers operating in Renfrewshire for over 20 years. We are a charity established by Carers for Carers and have developed a range of services to support Carers in their caring role and provide opportunities to have a life outside of caring. Our Respite service currently provides 140 hours of respite a week for approximately 35 Unpaid Carers.
Details of the role including main duties and responsibilities:
Successful candidates will have qualification and or experience in the following areas:

Renfrewshire Carers Centre is a one-stop shop for unpaid Carers operating in Renfrewshire for over 20 years. We are a charity established by Carers for Carers and have developed a range of services to support Carers in their caring role and provide opportunities to have a life outside of caring. Our Respite service currently provides 140 hours of respite a week for approximately 35 Unpaid Carers. We currently have over 50 volunteers who are managed by the Volunteer Co-ordinator.
Details of the role including main duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a range of respite services to provide a range of high quality services to carers and their families.
• Direct Line Management and development of staff responsible for volunteers and respite
• Develop new respite initiatives.
• Develop and implement a Volunteering Strategy.
Successful candidates will have qualification and or experience in the following areas:
• Experience of organising a care provision service and care planning.
• Experience managing staff
• Registered with SSSC as a Manager of a Care at Home service or willing to obtain this.
• Registered Manager status with the Care Inspectorate or willing to obtain this.
