What will the role involve day-to-day?

This will include: leading and supporting staff; ensuring the work of all staff is co-ordinated effectively; participating directly in the care of the people we work for; implementing policies and procedures; and maintaining regulatory standards.

You will need to have some flexibility to work various shift patterns and you will be asked to participate in the organisation’s on-call service, for which an appropriate allowance is paid.

Your focus will be to ensure that the things that are important to the people we work for are achieved while adopting a risk enablement, empowering approach.

You will facilitate meaningful activities to enable good health and mental wellbeing and promote self-management of such. You will travel to and from various services throughout the week in line with rota specification
