Cycling UK’s vision is of a healthier, happier and cleaner world, because more people cycle. We want people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to be able to cycle safely, easily and enjoyably. Cycling UK has championed the cause of cycling for well over a century. We promote all forms of cycling, protect the interests of existing and would-be cyclists, and inspire people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to discover the joys of cycling.

As an independent, democratic and expert organisation, our activities reflect the commitment of our members, volunteers and partners to make cycling mainstream, making a lasting difference to the lives of individuals and communities.

In Tandem Development Officer

We have another exciting new post within our team in Scotland to develop an 'In Tandem' project working closely with partner organisations to develop sustainable tandem cycling clubs in Glasgow, Inverclyde and Ayrshire to help build on established links with RNIB Scotland, Glasgow CTC, Inverclyde Bothy and other community organisations.

To manage and deliver the monitoring and evaluation of Cycling UK projects in Scotland, providing research and analysis expertise where required, to show the impact of our work

Scope of Role: The postholder will work with the Head of Development Scotland, Project Managers, Development Officers and the Director of Behaviour Change and Development to plan and deliver the monitoring, evaluation and research aspects of our behaviour change projects – including Big Bike Revival, Play Together on Pedals and WheelNess – that seek to support more people to cycle in communities across Scotland.

If you have Research and Evaluation experience then we'd love to have you join our team in Scotland.
