The DDYP has been running since 2003 and has been on its present site since around 2007. The model has been very successful and we are about to enter a new phase with the construction of a new building which will allow us to expand our facilities and operation.

The Doune and Deanston Youth Project is looking for a part time manager to oversee the activities of the Project.

This will involve amongst other things: -

• Ensuring that the Project is adhering to all legal compliance in relation to childcare, after school club, evening meetings and other activities.
• Ensuring that youth workers are fully trained and procedures are adhered to.
• Applying for funding to cover additional activities.
• Checking invoices and forwarding for payment.
• Overseeing income streams and forwarding for accounting.

There will be some evening and weekend working as part of the role.
