Paragon is an inclusive arts company based in Glasgow. We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator for our Groove programme. Groove is an artist development programme for aspiring musicians and dancers with additional support needs. Groove creates accessible opportunities for emerging artists to come together, be creative, feel inspired, and express themselves.

The Groove Partnerships Coordinator is a new role within Paragon which aims to build on previous work, developing and strengthening links with people and organisations in line with artists’ individual creative pathways. The role will build a network of partnerships with health and social care sectors, promoters, arts companies, venues, and further & higher education. The role will support emerging artists on the Groove programme to make connections and forge a meaningful creative life.

About the role

Paragon is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Board of Directors.

We are recruiting people who possess strategic vision, good independent judgement but above all, people who share our values of equity and inclusion.

We are looking for people with skills and experience in any of the following:

  • People & Wellbeing (HR)
  • IT - Technology & Science
  • Fundraising
  • Marketing
  • Participation and Coproduction
  • Sustainability
  • Charity and Business governance

The Board meets 4 times per year for 2-3 hours on weekdays, usually in the evenings. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed and training and ongoing support will be provided, the role is non-remunerated.
