Top job! Director of Estates

The Director of Estates will work closely with the Chief Executives to optimise the buildings and the equipment needed to deliver a high level of activity across our estate. The leases with the City of Edinburgh Council for our 3 buildings come up for renewal in 2027 so a key part of the post will be developing a new Estate Strategy to renew and upgrade our current facilities. The postholder will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent communication between the Company’s landlords and funders.

This role in the Company is ideally suited to someone with previous experience at a senior level of managing and operating older buildings on a variety of scales who has excellent financial, administrative and planning skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team that ensures the buildings programme is delivered in-line with ambitions and resources, while generating imaginative solutions to creative challenges.
