The Preshal Trust is a fast-growing charity based in Govan that has been making a difference to the lives of vulnerable people within the local area for over 22 years. The Trust requires 2 Support Workers with skills and experience to provide support and deliver diversionary activities to vulnerable adults. One Support Worker will be focused on building up contact with our male clients and running activities suitable for that group and aimed at fulfilling their needs. We are currently looking for energetic and passionate individuals to fill these positions.
The role:
As part of a team provide a series of activities that will target vulnerable adults encouraging them to engage in fun activities linked to supportive learning and developmental programmes.
Skills & Experience required:
- Commitment to uphold the values and ethos of The Preshal Trust
- A record of good working practice with adults and families in a relevant setting
- An ability to inspire and develop individuals to maximise their potential
- The ability to thrive in a busy environment
