The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of volunteers, ensuring that recruitment, induction, training and day to day guidance is provided to our hard-working and valued volunteers.

Bike for Good is currently recruiting for a full-time Health & Wellbeing Cycling Practitioner. The successful candidate will deliver cycle training for adults who are willing to improve their physical and mental health and become a qualified Ride Leader. They will contribute towards the setup, running and on-going planning of Health and Wellbeing groups and 1:1 lessons. The post holder will be responsible for meeting targets set together with the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of our HR records, procedures and policies. The role also involves supporting our payroll and pension procedures, as well as supporting the development of our staff and creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.

We are looking for an Interim Executive to help support our leadership team as we embark on an exciting period of change and growth. You will support our CEO and join our leadership team to advise, lead and manage the organisation.
We need you to join us for 3 to 6 months initially, but this might be extended depending on the outcomes of the role. We are looking for someone to work circa 3 days per week. Aside from the job description, we will be looking for the successful candidate to provide hands-on leadership skills to our existing management team, with a strong strategic focus. Specifically, you will be tasked with reviewing our operating model, system and processes, and helping to place the organisation in a more sustainable and viable financial position, ahead of the new on-going opportunities.
We are looking for an effective and motivating leader who is highly collaborative, with significant experience in Chief Operating Officer and/or Chief executive leadership roles.
Ideally you will have a background in the third sector, but experience of leading a medium size social enterprise scaling up is more important to help us achieve our goals
You’ll be experienced in driving change through engagement and influencing, leading organisational change, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement in those that you lead. Experience of working in an environment for business transformation is essential.
You can be based outside of Glasgow as long as you are willing to travel to our locations when/if required.
